Debbie learned her trade from Carroll County Career and Technology Center. She has been a hairstylist for 40 years and counting, 15 of which she has been the owner of debz stylz. She is very happy to get up in the morning and greet each day with the ability to make people smile and share in a part of their lives along with making them look and feel good.
